Josh was very knowledgeable and gave us many options for services. He took time to explain things to us and was proactive about the well being of our home. He was very thorough and polite. We were happy with the service and will definitely be using Bears Home Solutions again.

We contacted the on-call dispatch and Josh was here in about 15 - 20minutes after we had called. We had initially called our normal heating/cooling repair, but they said they wouldn’t be able to fix our heat until the next morning. Great service, explained in detail what was going on, what to watch out for or do ourselves in the future to avoid new issues. Also, really appreciate that they send you a text message with a picture of the technician headed your way. Strongly contemplating about permanently switching our regular heating and cooling maintenance to Bears. Thanks!!

We recently got April Aire installed due to low humidity in our home during the winter. I worked with Jake and he was great. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. There were no surprises on the bill and everything is working as expected. I would highly recommend Bear Home Solutions.

I suddenly lost my heat due to a leaky old oil tank in my historic house. Bears was able to give me a same day consultation for a new system and installed it just a week later, keeping me informed the whole time. They even removed my old system including the oil tank! 10/10 would recommend

My furnace went out over the weekend and Bears was there within a few hours to fix it in the middle of winter. I’m so grateful for their quick & professional response. Jake was polite, kind and extremely helpful.
